This article is a step by step guide to creating an account on this website.

An account is required to book and interact with the various tennis services at Bellfield Park.

STEP 1 - Click the 'Register' link and complete the registration form

Click the 'Register' link in the top right corner of the page and complete the form.

You'll need to be 16 years or older to complete the form and you can add your family members onto your account at a later stage (we'll come onto that later in this guide). If you're under 16 years of age, please get your parent to complete the form in their name and add you as a family member onto their account.

After clicking the register link, Please complete all sections of the form:

After clicking the 'Register Account' button at the bottom of the page, wait a few seconds and you'll notice a green bar telling you that your registration was successful (you'll also get a welcome email sent to you).

STEP 2 - Log in to your newly created account

You've now created an account and can log into it. Click the login link in the top right corner of any page on the website and use your newly created details to log into your account. Once logged into your account, you'll be at your profile page.

STEP 3 - Add your family members to your account

This website allows various booking services (courses, events, courts etc) and the person being booked needs to be the person attending the booked service. For this reason, you'll need to add your family members onto your account so that you can manage bookings on their behalf.

To add additional family members to your account, click the 'Add Family Member' button (as shown in the example illustration above). This will bring up a short form asking for name, date of birth and sex of your family member, click 'Add Member' and they'll be added to your account. Please repeat this process for all of your family members. You'll notice that once they're added, they'll appear in a dropdown box in the top right corner (as shown in the example illustration below).

CONGRATULATIONS!! You've now created an account on this website and have added your family members to your account. You can now utilise and book the various tennis services on offer.


If you're not able to register an account even after following the step by step instructions above, it maybe the case that the device you're trying to use this website on is not compatible or has some clashing software installed on it. We strongly suggest using a mainstream web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer) upgraded to the latest version. If you're having problems, please complete this form and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
